Yes, we do have a 1 year warranty for fading. If the gold color gets lighter, we will send you the same item for free. If the item is no longer available in our collection, we will send you another item of your choice, with the same value.

How do I know if my favorite piece is 14K or 18K gold?
All our pieces are mainly 14K gold unless it is stated in the title that it is 18K gold.

How do I care for and clean my Lavina jewelry?
Keep your jewelry in a dark and dry place on the days you don’t wear it. Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, selftanners or chemicals. To clean your jewelry you can best use plain water and the jewelry cloth provided with your order.
