Return Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Lavina product(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number (proof of purchase). 

Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately can’t take back earrings. Sale items can also not be returned. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted and will therefore not be refunded. 

How to return
To start your return, send an e-mail to info@lavinajewelz.com with the reason for return and your order number to speed up the return process. We will then send you all the information you need to return the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 2-4 business days for it to be processed. Once it is processed we will issue your refund back for the jewelry, excluding shipping costs, to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the reimbursement of funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment and please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
